Upon arrival, the hotel seemed disorganized. our room wasn't ready at 9 PM, and we had to wait while they cleaned it. The floors were still wet, creating a slip hazard, especially concerning when traveling with someone elderly. Additionally, I noticed an uncomfortable atmosphere with certain guests loitering in the lobby, which made me feel unsafe during my stay.

my stay was ruined. the hot tub was dirty with hair balls, and I had to walk back to my room wet without towels. I expected some level of compensation for this embarrassing situation—perhaps a complimentary drink? almost left a good review, but just couldn’t. if you care about cleanliness, look elsewhere, please.

The indoor pool was perfect for my two boys, letting them burn off energy after days of exploration. We enjoyed the quick service for certain needs, like fixing the clogged drain. It felt great to have clean accommodations after a long drive.

Had a solid stay! The breakfast spread was legit, with fresh pastries that hit the spot. The staff were super accommodating when we had a hiccup with check-in times. However, the room could've used a little more attention to detail. Overall, a nice place to crash for a quick trip.
